Scope of Work

The scope of this project was to design and deliver a full-fledged clickable prototype of an end-to-end Strength Management system within a period of 2 working days that includes the major touch points.

Strategy

Unlike other LMS's, this application is supposed to help the US Government employees to measure their strengths and guide sthem to achieve both Personal and Professional goals through effective coaching and record the employee-strengths, track-engagements, and generate-reports, that helps the management to take informed decisions.

How it works

We quickly formed a team and did rapid brainstorming sessions throughout these days, to explore all the possibilities, and created the end-user-journeys along with design mockups considering the major touch points.
