Scope of Work

The scope of this project was to design and deliver a clickable prototype of the Custom Strength Management application within a period of 2 working days that includes the major touch points.

Strategy

Unlike other LMS's, this application is supposed to help the US Government employees to measure their strengths and guide sthem to achieve both Personal and Professional goals through effective coaching and record the employee-strengths, track-engagements, and generate-reports, that helps the management to take informed decisions.

How

The timeline to complete the design pitch was hardly 2 days which was the major challenge for us. We conducted brainstorming sessions, throughout these days to explore what all new features can be added. and we quickly formed a team creating the end-user-journeys along with design mockups considering the major touch points.

Why

We worked day-and-night towards the closure since it was a new avenue of growth, and finally it was delivered in a clickable prototype within the timeframe that helped us to onboard the client.
