Onboarding Challenge

The existing on-boarding user journey for Mobile is an uphill task for a normal user. The KYC compliance process took unexpected delay in getting approvals from the authorities, which was a painful experience.

The task of content gathering was the most important part of this application. We have to filter it out of various resources and restructure it again considering all the important mandates, to get a better experience.

New Onboarding

The old onboarding journey, was a very time consuming process. For a new user it took upto 1 hour to complete the onboarding. Due to this a majority of the users stayed away using the application.

We studied the entire process that was designed according the SEBI guidelines. Then we further drilled down into each sections and modifed the entire process, to reduce unnecessary fields to save the user's times. This saved about 80% of our time & effort
